Join Mystic at the Oregon Birth and Wellness center every Saturday of November between 10-11am for post-natal yoga that will help ease your mind, prepare you for labor and bring you peace throughout your journey. This class is extra special as either parent May join, guardians are welcome and you can even bring your newborn if you want to share your practice and introduce babe to some exercise and massage! All trimesters are welcome! $25 per class, 4 class pass for $80 If you arrive a few minutes late, please don’t stress. The first introduction to practice is simply showing up and I applaud you for that! Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns! Please bring your own mat, straps, blocks, bolsters, and pillows. Feel free to reach out if anything needs to be borrowed!
