Lost black and white small dog near Hollywood and Vine

LOST DOG Oreo is a neutered male 15 pound mini Schnauzer/Poodle mix. He is about 12 years old, but acts like a puppy. He was last seen at 3:25 pm on October 16th, 2022 when he was standing on the porch/entryway of my daughter's home. (The doors were open. He likes to watch people go by.) Someone may have thought he was lost because a car drove by, turned around, called him to her car, and drove away. This all happened within a minute. We have a video of the car (link below), but no view of the license plate or knowledge of the make and model. Another person witnessed it from outside and told us the driver was female. We haven't yet been successful at convincing the neighboring buildings to check their footage for the tag numbers. This occurred near Hollywood and Vine on Cosmo Street. If you known someone at IO West/Bourbon Room/AMDA/any of the othering neighboring buildings, the exact timestamp we have is 15:26:45. We would appreciate any help. My daughter has had this dog since she was 8 years old and is absolutely devastated. I don't think we had him microchipped.
