It's time for squash - and with such bounty as we have in the Columbia Valley, we best celebrate! Alan Schreiber and his team will be here to teach you and taste you through all sorts of squash while we will head up the wine pairing portion. You'll try more squash than you knew existed, and learn the ins and outs of pairing squash with wine. Tickets are $25 per person, include a glass of wine, lots of squash, as well as a lecture and a wine tasting that allows you to understand what the different acid levels in wine do to cooked squash. Once you have your tickets, you'll also receive an email of our menu of the night, should you want to choose some squash-leaning foods that will be available for pre-purchase to enjoy with class.
