I grew up in Middleboro Massachusetts. I graduated from Manhattanville College with a degree in communication and media and a minor in sports studies. I am currently working towards my masters in strategic communications, specializing in nonprofits. While getting my masters I am working as the assistant field hockey coach at the school. My goal is to help people find inner peace and calm their minds. Meditation has been so helpful for me in so many ways. It reminds me to slow down in this hectic world. It has helped me so much with my anxiety and finding calmness in my mind. Meditation, along with breath work, have helped me in moments when I have had a hard time bringing my awareness to the here and now. I’ve learned so many things along my journey and I want to share with others. During my undergrad years I told myself I was going to travel. I took the opportunity following my first year post graduation to save money and booked a trip to India. I decided my first stop would be the yoga capital of the world, Rishikesh, India. I knew I wanted to study while I was there, and I researched several different meditation and yoga schools. When I arrived I had not made my decision on where I would study. One day I messaged Real Happiness, a Vedic Meditation School that had been on my list, asking if I could join that day and 10 min later they came and picked me up to join the meditation program. It was truly the most amazing and life altering experience of my life. A total leap of faith and I’m so grateful and happy I did it. This beautiful experience was so enlightening and life altering, I want to bring it back home and share it with others! Join me Sundays at 10:00 AM! We will be exploring varying types of meditation including but not limited to, guided, sound, mindfulness, and body scanning. 2 options to choose from: Single meditation session $15Package of 4 meditations $50
