This event is FREE! Justice and Affinity Community Garden is a recent community garden in Albany's south end/West Hill that seeks to provide healthy food for low-income families. The event is free for those who live and work in the Arbor Hill area. It has been coordinated so that families can find safe festive activates to do in the Abor Hill area, another element of this event is to introduce the community to other services and organizations that are in place to help them, so we have invited other local community-based organizations. Justice and Affinity are only asking for sponsorship on the meals and snacks for participants. We plan to offer fall themed meals like apple cider donuts, apple cider beverages, chili, chili dogs and roasted veggies. Come close out the growing season with us and learn about other great organizations in the community!
