Join us for an outdoor dance cardio/Zumba® class at McKinney & Olive's one-acre Piazza in Uptown. Class will be taught by popular Dallas instructor and Social Joy founder Martha Palacios. Come ready to boost your mood while dancing to an infectious playlist! What you need to know: Check-in begins at 5:45PMBring water and a towel. Hydration is key when exercising outdoors.Give yourself 10 minutes to park and walk to the piazza. You'll have to sign in upon arrival, and then you'll be ready to join the fun. This is a 45-min class. Don't be late!Free on-site parking with validation. Enter the retail parking garage from Olive St. or Cedar Springs Rd. You must bring and keep your ticket for validation. Get in the parking garage elevator and select level 1 to the building's main lobby. If you ever need assistance, call (817) 692-7549.About the class: Expect a mix of low-intensity and high-intensity moves for a heart-pumping, endorphin-boosting dance party. Once the music takes over, you'll see why this is called 'exercise in disguise.' All levels welcome! About Martha & Social Joy: Martha Palacios holds a Group Fitness Instructor Certification from the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and is licensed to teach Zumba® since 2015.
