Individuals with any type of physical, mental, respiratory or medical issue including, but not limited to, asthma, heart conditions, seizures, high blood pressure, pregnancy, broken bones, etc. should proceed with extreme caution. Covid -19 Please do not enter the premises if you have any Covid-19 symptoms including, but not limited to fever or chills, headache, cough, shortness of breath (other than from being frightened), lack of sense of smell/taste, fatigue, muscle or body aches, etc. Disclaimer and Release of Liability Your purchase of admission to the Haunting of the Chateau is a revocable license and may be revoked for any of the reasons set forth herein. Holder voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers associated participation in the Haunting of the Chateau. The holder agrees to release the Chateau Hotel and Conference Center, MC Dragons Ball Club, NFP, Adidev Developers Real Estate, LLC, Adidev Developers, LLC, and each of their affiliates, employees, officers, directors, and agents from any liability, harm, injury or death, cost, or expense whatsoever that may arise directly or indirectly from attending the Haunting of the Chateau. Rules No touching actors, props, walls or sets No running or pushing No smoking No weapons, knives, guns of any kind are permitted No phones, cameras, flashlights or anything else that will cause flashes of light No video recording devices No food/beverage No profanity of vulgarity Please do not wear any high heels Please remove all jewelry Please stay within the designated walkways We reserve the right to deny entry to anyone that appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, and may remove anyone who breaks these rules - no refunds will be issued in the event of such removal. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. This is expected to be a scary experience and is not recommended for anyone under the age of 12 years old. Any person 14 years of age or younger must be accompanied by an adult. There will be NO REFUNDS. Enter at your own risk.
