We will have an overview on Ayurveda and a typical dinacharya routine, discuss foods you may want to include (and exclude) for the fall, a gentle yoga practice, and the types of pranayama to focus on this season.
The session is free! But if you wish to donate, we will be collecting donations for the Central Illinois Food Bank.
Please RSVP, however, so I make sure we have enough chairs!
