You don't just get into a tanker truck and drive; it requires training and special licensing, and our country has suffered from the loss of experienced and licensed tanker drivers because TRUMP SHUT DOWN THE COUNTRY AFTER HIS LIES ABOUT COVID'S VIRULENCE. Biden never turned off oil spigots. OPEC flooded the world with oil (remember when it was being traded in negative numbers?) and they vowed never to be put into that position again, and you're seeing the result of that right now. America's fracking oil industry was castrated when OPEC engineered an oil gut and it became too expensive for US oil producers to compete with OPEC oil, so they drastically curtailed operations. Biden was not in office when this happened--your boy Trump was....
