Making security accessible to everyone since 2010. Security B-Sides Dallas/Fort Worth (BSidesDFW) is back for it's 13th year. 13? What is in a number? Can it truly speak for one’s ambitions? “Similar to number 4, 13 symbolizes the production of tangible outcomes in this world. Hence, the ability to form firm foundations for the future is one of the aspects related to the people or situations that are high with the energy of number 13. Some other aspects related to the high energy of number 13 include creativity, pragmatism, and independence.” As Security BSides Dallas-Fort Worth (BSidesDFW) embarks on its thirteenth year we welcome the above meaning and hope we can solidify those traits in the 2022 edition. It goes without saying things are different today. We have all been confronted with and are adapting to changing landscapes. BSidesDFW is also pivoting, and though not all the details are ready for disclosure we feel 2022 will mark a return as the premier low-cost security un-conference in the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) Metroplex.
