I need help with a bad tenant in the building. He is not dangerous (I think) but is certainly an obstinate/stubborn brat little/bullish jerk, he is a young tall thin guy (not a gang member or serial killer dont worry..but certainly a top level narcissistic weirdo..), you know..one of these idiotic problematic people that act up till someone firmly stop them. I am NOT the landlord of the building, am just a NEIGHBOUR (A TENANT MYSELF) of a bad tenant, police has been called multiple times for noise disturbance and landlord wrote to this bad tenant too threatening to evict him and he stopped (so when he is forced to he act normally) with loud music but anyhow some other minor noise issues remain and I need to find a solution. 300$ OR more, even WAY more (in pieces) if the situation get really solved, and maybe a FREE small room for a while. Is most likely but not necessarily a sort of THOUGH/stressful (not for someone that is easily scared or stressed out) MAN job, for someone that is PERSEVERANT and firm, kind of calm and STRONG and doesn't give up or surrender, if you have experience in tenants/landlord/tenant disputes is a PLUS: THATS THE JOB (COULD BE ONE OR SOME OR ALL OF THE POINTS, I DONT KNOW YET): 1. WITNESS of noise and vibration due to a fan in the night coming from his apartment (and go to court together to testify with me) 2. PAPER PROCESS SERVER since is very possible I ll SUE him at SMALL COURT CLAIM COURT IN SAN FRANCISCO (give him court documents-I CANT GIVE HIM THE COURT DOCUMENTS MYSELF BY LAW, IT HAS TO BE A THIRD PERSON NOT THE PERSON WHO SUES and SIGN the form that certify that he received the court papers AND/OR GO AT THE COURT OFFICE CLOSE THE CITY HALL WITH ME WITH A IDENTITY DOCUMENT DRIVER LICENSE PASSPORT ETC TO SIGN A PAPER THAT YOU GAVE THIS GUY THE COURT PAPER) 3. ESCORT me in the building in case the situation degenerates (hopefully it ll not happen..) 4. HELP in general with this not easy situation that has been kept going for months now with ups and downs, which means that you might need to come in my house and help me, most likely if I make his life as uncomfortable as he is making mine he ll stop, but I do need an other person with me to do that, I dont want be alone since things MIGHT ESCALATE (PHYSICALLY), if that would be case I WILL call police AGAIN but need someone to eventually stop him (NO FIGHTS-JUST STOP HIM IN CASE HE ATTACKS ME-LEGITTIMARE DEFENSE), he is bigger then me, I am 5 9 tall 200 pounds but still prefer not to be alone in that hypothetical situation.
