The creators of the award-winning cult hit horror-comedy, The Night Watchmen, will hold a special screening to celebrate the five-year anniversary of movie's release. This anniversary screening will take place at Warehouse Cinemas in Frederick, MD on Wednesday, November 9, 2022. Come out early to network with fellow filmmakers and actors prior and enjoy BLIMPO's favorite cocktail...The Serial Killer!!! Reminiscent of Shaun of the Dead and Zombieland, his Maryland-produced indie horror-comedy was filmed in Annapolis during the winter of 2015. Since then its completed a very successful international film festival run, winning over 25 awards, and has been released to streaming services where it has become a fan-favorite. When a delivery is made to the wrong address, three inept night watchmen, aided by a young rookie and a fearless tabloid journalist, fight an epic battle for their lives against a horde of hungry vampires. The creators of the film and members of the cast and crew will be on hand for the screening and a Q&A following the movie and will be giving away Night Watchmen merchandise. The Night Watchmen co-stars James Remar (The Warriors, Sex in the City), Matt Servitto (The Sopranos, Banshee), Ken Arnold (Men in Black 3, We Own This City), Dan DeLuca (The Wire), Kara Luiz (Hacks), Rain Pryor (Head of the Class), Dan Franko (Veep, The Wire), and horror scream queen and fan favorite Tiffany Shepis.
