Feral cat needs a barn and human with a kind heart

I have been feeding a cat that has been hanging around my house for quite a while with hope that it could integrate into our lives and the lives of our two other domestic cats, but that is not going to happen. He/she does NOT like people and will go out of her(?) way to avoid interacting with them. I am taking her/him to the Vet tomorrow to make sure he/she is neutered/spayed and vaccinated, but I am moving soon and will not be here to feed or care for it. If you have a safe haven with a reasonably warm place to shelter throughout winter, I will bring several months worth of food over too.
