Looking for someone with a topnotch snowblower who is interested in making extra cash on the side to snowblow, (not plow), my driveway and property pad throughout the winter especially during big snow, weather events. Property is located in the Goldstream valley. Must be 100% reliable, efficient and trustworthy person to snowblow my driveway, property pad, cabin stairs, deck and around cabin throughout the winter. Snowblower needs to blow snow 20-40ft. Requires keeping the driveway, upper pad, deck and stairs of cabin clear and open throughout winter. Driveway is approximately 350ft long and is uphill with, elevation attached to it. Upper level pad is flat. Requires blowing snow out of main living areas where vehicles turnaround, walk areas etc. Job completion is assessed by cleared snow in all noted areas and the ability to drive up and down driveway and walk around easily on upper pad, next to and around cabin and surrounding property area.
