PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Order fulfillment: keeping track of, processing, and shipping daily orders - Prepping products in order to maintain stock levels - Quality check all products leaving the warehouse to customers - Process returns and exchanges - Keep and maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment - Work effectively with others in a team environment to accomplish organizational goals and to identify and resolve problems - Collaborate with all team members from Testing, Listing, cleaning/processing & Photography departments - Other duties as assigned 1 year minimum of order processing experience preferred - Online business experience is a plus - Prior warehouse experience preferred - eBay E-Commerce platform and ShipStation experience a plus - Must be able to lift 60 lbs. - Must be computer proficient and able to learn required software programs - Effective communicator, comfortable interacting with customers and internal partners in a professional manner - Must have a detail-oriented personality - Must be at least 18 years of age - Able to work a full-time schedule Monday- Friday 7:30 PM-4:00 PM Benefits: Generous PTO Paid holidays 401K plan A positive and thriving company culture that understands work/life balance A stocked fridge Team lunches (We have some great cooks here) Salary negotiable
