Stolen bike?

Just saw a guy riding along pulling a 2nd bike - bright yellow specialized with purple handle bars. Could be totally innocent, but always concerns me. If it was stolen and you happen to look here - He was headed west on the bike path next to the river west of I5 before the Autzen footbridge at 5:50p on Sunday. Hope he was just returning a bike to friend!
