Hello, we are a small business with a great group of people and a ton of work. We are looking to add an assistant this coming season from November 1st to December 20th. We are looking for someone to assist our installer by taking simple instructions, untangling Christmas lights in a timely manner, and handing lights and necessary tools to them on the roof or trees. You will not be required to get on a ladder more than 6 feet off the ground. You will be helping with the installing of yard decorations and lights on trees and bushes. You will never be asked to get on the roof. Training will be provided and whoever we hire will be given a week trial period. During that time, you will be paid for your gas for traveling to the installation locations. Must be good under pressure, this type of work is really fast paced. Good customer service skills are also a must, we treat our clients with respect and kindness. Our installs can start early morning and can sometimes last until late evening. We do work all over Monterey, Hollister, Gilroy, Santa Cruz and even San Jose, so having a dependable car is highly recommended.
