Looking for experienced painter and general labor

I am remodeling a house in Oakland and have already spent a month doing prep work on the exterior and now we just putting the primer on the outside and I am looking for someone to help paint. Before we'll put the color on I'll need to spot spackle the entire exterior, sand, spot prime and then paint the exterior. Then the whole inside of the house needs to be prepped and painted. It will be weeks of work for the right person. I'd also like that person to be willing to do general labor tasks when asked to do so, so a good attitude and willingness to help out is a must. We have a crew of 2 people right now and I am looking to add a third. If you have experience painting please let me know what your experience is. I will start someone at $20 per hour but if I see that you actually are experienced and work well then I will pay more. I want someone who doesn't need to be baby-sat and who shows attention to detail and a good work ethic. We can start as early as Tuesday and if things works out I can keep you busy for a few weeks probably.
