Looking to hire a contractor or handyman to undertake a full rehab of a 1000 sq ft single floor SFH budget rental that is already 90% gutted. Experienced handymen, as well as novice or unexperienced individuals looking for a project to test their skills are welcome to reply. Demo has already been mostly completed except for the bathroom. This project should take 3-5 weeks (working M-F) to complete, and we are offering $1200/week. Weekly rate is negotiable depending on experience or expectations, so please do not be afraid to discuss. Work entails as follows: - Install and finish fresh drywall in two rooms - Install new baseboards and trim throughout - Repair, patch, and skim coat damaged walls - Install pre-hung interior and exterior doors, bifold closet doors - Install a large sliding window - Install roughly 900 sq ft of LVP flooring - Pour roughly 100 sq ft of epoxy flooring - Install new receptacles, switches, and faceplates - Install ceiling lights + fan boxes in 4 rooms (involves running new wires) - Update stove gas lines and sink water lines - Repair/Install washer/dryer outlet box - Full bathroom gut and remodel (no tile work) - Full low-mid grade kitchen install There may be other odds and ends, but the above basically entails everything.
