Dish washing for small family

I am looking for an individual to come to my house once or twice a week to wash dishes. There are only two people in the house, so this wouldn't be a monumental task. We will pay $20 an hour, but we don't expect it to take an hour each time. I am a full time grad student, I work part time, I am partially disabled, and my spouse works full time and is disabled. We are really struggling to keep up with dishes due to our circumstances. Help with dishes would make it possible for us to cook more often and would enable us to focus on other things we need to do. If you also enjoy general housekeeping (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, etc) perhaps work could extend to that as well, once every week or two. We have a pretty small apartment so this isn't a huge job either. We have a small quiet dog who can absolutely be kept in a crate or another room if desired. We are located near Benham Ave and Mishawaka Road. We can accommodate a wide range of availability since we are home a great deal of the time. If you need to bring children with you that can be discussed (I get how hard it can be to work with kids!) I cannot provide transportation unless you are very close.
