JOB DESCRIPTION: Maintenance/Renovation Specialist for Colossal Homes, LLC Must be able to do: Mudding, Taping, Painting, Flooring, Plumbing, Landscaping, and some Electrical -HVAC maintenance -Take care of maintenance orders for homes -Repair & Paint walls -Fix minor electrical issues -Repair/Replace sink faucets, shower knobs, other plumbing issues -Repair water leaks -Preventative maintenance -Crawl in tight spaces when necessary -Lift heavy items -Climb ladders -Coordinate with Manager to see if there are any special projects that need attention $15 - $20 per hour (based on experience) Call: 316-214-7308
