The Guilford Emergency Alert Notification Information system or GEANI sends critical information directly to residents located within impacted areas. Notifications, delivered via cell phone, landline or email, can include alerts related to emergencies such as City water main breaks and other infrastructure failures, and boil water advisories. Residents can also opt-in for notifications related to natural disasters and other emergencies. GEANI is a quick, easy, and effective way to stay informed and safe.
