Desperate For My Brother For Inogen

I am writing this for my brother, he has one lung (never smoked) and he is having a horrible time breathing, not just with the smoke but heat too. He has tried and tried to get one of those Inogen portable oxygen packs and his insurance continues denying him. If anyone has one they no longer need PLEASE contact me. They are just too expensive, and he can't go out to get groceries or anything. If you know where I can get one for him even rent one, we have contacted the medical stores to no avail. I am so scared one of these days I am going to knock on his door and no one is going to answer. He is in his 70's and I would be so grateful for any help.
