Please help I need a new forever home

We are having to find a new home for our loving blue nose pit bull. Unfortunately we are having to move and because of his breed type we are unable to take him with us. He is 1 1/2 yrs old, very loving and energetic. He has never shown any aggression towards anyone or other pets. He has been around our children without any issues other then he does get excited and jumps up on them to say Hi. He also has been around our family cats never with any issues.
