I am at the beginning of planning to add a square first-floor bedroom addition to my house. This posting is to find out if there is an experienced addition builder in the area, and what general price range I'd be looking at just for Labor. The addition will be COMPLETELY BASIC/NOTHING FANCY. If interested, please respond with a general idea of what the labor price range would be, and please give me an idea of your experience. Here are the basic details: 1. Addition Size: 10x12. 2. One door and two windows. 3. Standard height of 9 to 10 feet. 4. Typical wood and drywall construction with vinyl siding or basic external paneling. 5. No plumbing or electrical. 6. Flat roof. Thank you.
