Senior male,fitness minded,native to JC looking for house to care for while you're away.I usually go South myself but need to stay near my 98 yo Father who lives in Johnson City.I've watched over property before.including houses for sale, and have lots of local refs and family.No pet sitting.Please reply through CL describing your situation.Prefer long term but will consider short term.Thank you.
