We have an immediate opening for a multi-skilled apartment maintenance person, to serve several locations in Cincinnati. This is a permanent opportunity for the right person. All of the standard tasks, including: Upkeep of grounds and common areas Skills to respond to common issues, including: light to medium drain cleaning, plumbing leaks, light electrical, light to medium wall and ceiling repair. Turnover tasks, like trash-outs, lock changes, painting, door hanging, etc. Need to keep a good, steady pace and have pride of accomplishment. Need to be able to use phone, phone camera, email, and interact with phone apps for tracking assigned tasks. We are planning to grow in 2023. Join us. Be a part of it.
