Our client, a manufacturer located in the Evanston area, seeks an experienced building maintenance technician. Automotive manufacturer located on the Northside of Chicago is in search of a Building Maintenance person. The Company is approximately 250,000 square feet. We are willing to train on some aspects of the responsibilities. Responsibilities: Carpentry Landscaping Painting Paving Plumbing General repairs and improvements Ensure preventative maintenance for equipment is current and documented. Other duties as assigned.
