Theme - Valentine Curriculum Notes • This class is perfect for all skill levels. • Basic decorating techniques will be taught such outling, flooding, wet-on-wet and marbling. • I will discuss how to make cookie dough and best baking practices. • I will cover icing consistency. How to make them, when and how to use the different consistencies. • You will receive a copy of icing and dough recipes. • You will decorate 5 cookie designs with me step-by-step. • All supplies used for class is provided. You will have the opportunity to purchase most supplies after class. • You will go home with your cookies, Class Handout packed with valuable information, resources, and goodie bag. • Essential Cookie Decorating Kits https://shop.laurascookiestudio.com/collections/decorating-tool/products/essential-starter-decorating-kit and other cookie supplies used during class will be available for purchase after class. • Class will be in compliance with COVID-19 regulations.
