Homeless Vet with dogs needs ideas

I'm newly homeless female veteran with my 4 dogs in Scottsdale. All I have left is an old 1987 camper trailer that isn't livable & my truck to pull it. The camper doesn't have ability to use water or propane it's basically just storage with a bed. Where can I go for rest and to be safe, but not too far from Phoenix? Losing my job really hurt and I'm trying to build myself back up. I don't want to be bothered or harassed cause m homeless. I have work lined up that I'm staring, but nowhere to live. Any ideas or help would be appreciated.
