My wife and I own two residential properties that are next to each other in North Kihei. Ideally, we are looking for someone that is wanting a steady one-day-a-week job to supplement their income. Our last steady person, worked for us for 5+ years in addition to their full-time job. After a major promotion at their full-time job, they didn't need to work a secondary job. So we're looking for another dependable person to mow, trim, cleanup, prune, as well as irrigation tweeking and repair.
This is a permanent (minimum 6 to 8+ hrs) ANY day of the week job. Our perfect person would also have the ability and/or the desire to learn to work on variable rental property projects, repairs or replacements of household work that come up from time to time. I own a mower (self-propelled reel mower) for Seashore grass (grass that all of our Hawaii resorts have), trimmer, and all the other tools to do any job. Eventually, if you are able to adequately work on our rental property repairs, as well as taking care of the yard work, we would offer you one of our rental units (we accept pets) that could accommodate up to two people. The unit would include off street parking for two autos.
Hourly pay amount is commensurate to skill level and dependability!
