Looking For Some Harmonizer Help

Just Bought a Boss(Roland) VE-2 Harmonizer. You tubed a lot and received a lot of info. on it's use. I am not real experienced with musical electronics and was hoping someone could help me set it and give me a view pointers. Should be close if not the same set up as the TC Helicon. Any one out there willing to give a fellow musician in my area a hand? Harmonizer to Mic to PA System. Thanks everyone.
