Women’s self Defense Course Oct 23 Learn from the professionals. This course teaches defensive tactics in anti abduction, domestic violence prevention, and counter bullying. If you have no martial arts experience this class is for you. If you have a black belt in a martial art this class is for you. This is not a class about learning how to kick and punch. This is a reality based course on how to evade, engage, and escape violent or possible violent situations. Fighting on and around furniture, fighting on and around vehicles, and escaping various restraints. The class is in the Aiea area, costs is $75, and everything is provided.
