We have a duplex that needs some basement cleanup. Each basement is around 400sqft. Must have power washer. Here are the tasks involved: 1. Clean out floors - BRING SHOP VAC & BROOMS 2. Power wash walls & floor - basements have floor drains - BRING POWER WASHER 3. Paint walls - we have 5 gallon bucket of Drylok - BRING PAINT SUPPLIES Please send quotes.
