Description

When a President leaves office, virtually ALL documents related to the Presidency are the property of the People of the United States. When Trump left office, he took boxes of papers with him. Not just his "love letters" from Kim Jung Un, but CLASSIFIED documents. When the people at the national archives asked for those documents, crickets. When they got a subpoena for the documents, they got SOME back. His attorney signed a document certifying "that's everything". But it wasn't. Three months after the subpoena, they got a search warrant. Lo and behold, they found most of the documents they said were missing; the Washington Post reports that there are STILL MORE. The documents were found in several places: his bedroom, his safe, and in an unlocked basement at Mar a Lago, where guests, including foreigners, had pretty much free access. The FBI DID take some documents that are covered by attorney-client privilege. But the documents were all mixed together, like stew; the agents conducting the search didn't have the time or knowledge to go through each and every document to make that determination on the spot. But they've already done a quick look to separate those that should be returned. The FBI didn't publicly announce the search; they tried to do it as discreetly as possible, which is no easy thing. TRUMP announced the search on TruthSocial. I see a lot of posts that this all because the left hates Trump. Well, yeah! But by that logic, the police shouldn't go after child molesters because they HATE child molesters. So help me out and answer these questions: - Why did Trump take secret documents? - Who might have seen them while they were in his possession? - Which civil rights were violated? Thank you in advance for sharing the facts you have.
