Landlord looking for an experienced handyman who can do painting, do 6 month inspections on rentals, change out locks, snake drains, maintain interior and exterior of single family hones, and identify problems when they're inside or around the properties. I need someone who has at least 5 years of experience who has their own tools mostly. I need someone who works efficiently and has excellent attention to detail. I want someone who can work solo without needing anyone else on the job. I cannot afford someone who price gouges or charges by the job. I need to pay hourly for an honest day's work. Can't afford to pay for someone who takes 10 smoke breaks a day while staying clocked in. Looking to build a long term working relationship. I'm looking for someone who will tell me accurate hours worked otherwise it won't end up being the long term working relationship I'm seeking. Also looking for someone who has good referral partners when the work is beyond their expertise.
