WAYNE COUNTY, MI — An endangered missing advisory has been issued for a 2-year-old child last seen in Gibraltar, Michigan State Police said Thursday. Justice Lance Kelly is described by police as a Black boy standing 2-feet-6 and weighing about 30 lbs. He has black hair and brown eyes and was last seen wearing a diaper, police said. The child was taken from his home by his biological father, Maurice Kelly, according to police. Anyone with information is asked to call 911 or the Gibraltar Police Department.
