We’ll teach you how to “throw” the stone, when to sweep, and just how much fun the game can be! We’ll start by introducing you to the curling ice. Then we’ll show you how to deliver a stone, the ins and outs of sweeping, explain scoring and a little strategy - just a few of the many aspects that make curling fun and great exercise. After one easy lesson, you'll be ready for our short Try It League, where you can put your new skills to the test in real game situations.
