End of Season – Lot Blow. Debris, Leaf and Stick Removal Contractor

Contractor will perform lot blow of parking lot, turf area, remove debris, leaves and pick up sticks/broken twigs from properties. Contractor must own reliable mobile device, equipment and transportation. We have 10+ small bank sized commercial sites and larger churches that need End of season clean up. Contractor must have property grounds clean and clear looking. This work will include but not limited to using trash/leaf bags, hand or power tools to blow lot, remove leaves, trash removal and hauling. *Removed items (example: debris, leaves, turf, sticks and twigs) MUST be hauled off property and NOT left on property and NOT placed in property dumpster. Submitting Before and After photos with multiple mobile usage and manager signature are required with each service. Must be able to accept Direct Deposit, PayPal or cash app. 10-day net pay (we will pay within 10 days after job completion). Job completion means each work started is fully completed entirely, submitting clear and NOT blurry before and after photos of work along with multiple app usage and manager signature. These are the terms our contracts have been set and cannot be modified. AGAIN, TAKE NOTE: Fully Completion of work, submitting before and after pics, manager sign off and usage of multiple mobile apps are Required. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
