Join us at Craft Theory for our monthly networking event, Coffee & Collaboration. This is a great place to meet new people or reconnect with old friends around the Tacoma/Lakewood area. Each month will have a theme and will be lightly structured. First we'll do a short ice breaker activity so we can all 'meet' eachother again. Then we'll break out into smaller groups for more challenging questions and deeper interactions. Finally, there will be time at the end for open networking and to follow up with past connections. Light refreshments and coffee/tea will be provided. October's theme is Mental Health and Self Care. What barriers do you face in mental health and self care? Do you make time for self care?
