The artist selected, who goes by the single moniker of Kiptoe, was one of three finalists for the project, which is designed to inspire hope and connection through the representation of a sustainable environment and social emergence. The1,800-square-foot mural inside the Apple Store wing will capture viewers from afar and also inspire interactive photo opportunities for mall visitors. Nibbles and beverage provided. About KiptoeKiptoe, who was born in New Hampshire and lives in California, said his design “uses a limited palette of harmonious colors to bring the entire space together and form a cohesive look and feel for mall patrons to enjoy and become immersed.” The artist has seven years of experience creating large-scale public murals and art projects for small and large businesses, private clients, and the entertainment industry.
