As female runners, we have more to worry about on a run than our mile splits. As the days get shorter and Fall training is upon us, it is important to gain the self-defense skills and confidence to run safely and strong.
Please join us for an evening of self-defense taught by award-winning instructor, Shannon Hiromasa with CO Krav Maga. Shannon will teach moves specific to running situations along with education to prepare safely for runs.
5:30 PM | Integrative Nutrition Open House. Attend a pre-class group Q&A with Roxbury Roots to learn how your can stay on the run for the long run.
6:00 PM - 7:30 PM | Self-Defense Education & Skills with Colorado Krav Maga.
Food, drinks, and tote bags will be provided. Additionally, please join us for a post-class giveaway.
All class entry proceeds will go directly to Women's Bean Project - a Colorado 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with the mission to change women’s lives by providing stepping stones to self-sufficiency through social enterprise.
We look forward to seeing you there!
