Come join other families as we learn how to better support our LGBTQ+ students. The EGUSD Youth Development Office, with support from the EGUSD Department of Family and Community Engagement, has provided an opportunity for PFLAG to present to EGUSD families on the following topics:
Tobacco/Vaping within LGBTQ youth
Factors that may put LGBTQ+ folx at greater risk of alcohol, tobacco and other drug use
Supporting positive mental health
Suicide prevention
Understanding and dealing with biases in the community
