Looking for my puppy please help

My wife had an accident just past the grapevine, she flipped the truck and was hurt (she is doing fine now) in the accident our puppy ran off scared, the accident happened on the 14th(yesterday early morning) I'm asking for help if anybody has information on his whereabouts please contact me asap, he is a blue pitt about four months old and has 4 white little spots on his chest, and has a little tiny tale, his name is Tank, please help us find our puppy he is so loved, thank you soo much.
