Your evening begins in the Dole Mansion with a nod to the Roaring Twenties, a time when the Dole's existence would be transformed by one incredible visionary, a woman ahead of her time. Upon arrival, enjoy our signature “moonshine” cocktail, passed hors d'oeuvres, jazz tunes by BB and the Honey, and other such merriment that's sure to be the bee's knees! As the evening progresses, we'll pull back the curtain on more festivities designed to boggle the mind and delight the senses! Dance the night away to Semple Band's rock and modern pop songs led by one of Chicago's most prominent lead singers, Keith Semple.
