Fall is a great time to enjoy the outdoors! We are hosting a 4 week training series and hope you can join us. We will meet at The Human Race Sports store for light stretching and warm up. You will be able to keep your personal items in store while we run/walk outside. This FREE Series will be led by Certified Coach Beverly Bollman.
We welcome all runners, run/walkers, and walkers alike. Anyone who wants to move and be part of this active community can attend any or all of the events.
When: Wednesday mornings, 10/26,11/2, 11/9 (diff location), 11/16 at 8:30am
Where: Human Race Sports 15148 La Grange Road
Distance: All runs will be time based. Get what you can in the time we have. The runs will be out and back on the trails leading to Centennial Park.
Cost: Free
Each week, upon return of your run, Beverly will offer a free clinic with topics like macro-dense fall recipes, resistance training with bands, whole food nutrition, and fat loss over 50. These will occur about 9:15am to get you on your way by 9:30am.
