I'll be visiting the City of St Francis in the spring. I always like to do something I haven't done before when I'm there. This time I really want to break away from a year of restricted dieting. Brenda's French Soul Food is as wild as I have ever gotten there. I'd love to get some ideas for anything except seafood.
