Join Shayna & Sasha for a WARRIOR Strength and WARRIOR Rhythm Mashup. If you've never experienced WARRIOR before prepare to be blown away by the empowerment and success you will feel in this class!
We will kick things off with Cardio Countdown which is a cardio vascular training program for ALL ability levels. We will then finish with an incredible Rhythm Mash Up. This class is driven by soul stirring music. We will enjoy yoga flows, sun-salutations, a little HIIT and a whole lot of mindfulness.
Workout from 4pm-5:05pm
Munchies & Raffle from 5:05p-5:45pm
