Join Sallie with Good Company Yoga as she guides you through a long, guided meditation while you remain in one pose the entire 45 minutes. Yoga Nidra is a way to get your body, mind, and emotional body to be at it's deepest state of relaxation. It is said that 45 minutes of yoga nidra is equivalent to the amount of rest you'd receive in 3 hours of sleep.
All levels welcome.
NOTE: Please bring your own yoga mat, pillows, blankets, boulsters, yoga blocks, eye pillows, or sandbags.
