Seeking bassist or second guitarist to start band/project

Looking for bassist and second guitarist to help put together a band and play out occasionally. Meet up to practice once a week to start. Ideal age is probably late 30s, early 40s. Need someone stable and dependable. Music genre is rock-ish, but can span jazz, dance, electronic, blues, western, funk as well. Not looking for an expert, but rather someone who can collaborate and help make something interesting, artsy. Thx.
